Ray-Ban Meta Glasses

Led go-to-market strategy to bring a new category of wearable AI into the U.S. and European market conversation.

  • Was recruited to lead Ray-Ban Meta GTM across the U.S. and Europe, owning segmentation, positioning, launch planning, channels, pricing, and retail execution.

  • Repositioned the product from a “smart glasses” product into an everyday AI + camera wearable, building the narrative around hands-free AI, content creation, and social sharing.

  • Built market-specific launch playbooks, prioritized retail and carrier channels, and aligned Meta, EssilorLuxottica, retail partners, and regional marketing teams.

  • Used early adoption data to refine the funnel and navigate differences in consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and regulatory requirements across the U.S. and Europe.

Led product management across Google's consumer hardware portfolio, working across Chromebook and Pixel products from product definition through execution and launch.

  • Owned product requirements and roadmap development, translating customer needs, market insights, and business priorities into product priorities.

  • Worked closely with engineering, design, marketing, and cross-functional teams to define features, prioritize roadmaps, and drive execution.

  • Evaluated user behavior, competitive products, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.

  • Managed tradeoffs across customer needs, technical feasibility, business priorities, and launch timelines.

Digital health at enterprise scale

Led product management for digital health products designed to engage and support members across the U.S. healthcare system.

  • Built up Rally Health to be sold to Unitedhealth Group as their digital health leader

  • Owned product development from requirements and roadmap through execution, working with engineering, design, clinical, and business teams.

  • Translated member and healthcare needs into product requirements, user experiences, and prioritized roadmaps.

  • Worked with UnitedHealth Group stakeholders to align product capabilities with the needs of a large-scale health insurance organization and its members.

  • Used member feedback, product data, and engagement metrics to improve the product experience and drive adoption.

Founded and built a VR platform from the ground up to help isolated pediatric patients connect through immersive virtual reality.

  • Identified the problem through firsthand experience with pediatric patients and developed the initial product concept.

  • Developed the VR experience, business model, and go-to-market approach while working with healthcare and technology partners.
